SPRING FORWARD
Showers burst like tears
flung from the wee eyes
of a newborn;
a quick wail
of a T-storm-
like the fast blast of
a guitar strum . . .

SUMMER'S GOLD
I dock my lawn chair in the sun,
While ships set sail for foreign lands.
Since travel is a mighty sum
I sit with sunlight in my hands.

AUTUMN
TIME
intangiable as air, Secure as rock. Time is the governor, Which gives the world
it's clock.
Now say, the minute is . . . The hour, or the year. Now say, it is inheritance For all who shelter here.

WINTER
There are no flowers now,
There are no blooms Just stark stoic trees And stale rooms.
No sign ot spring is seen,
Oh, will it ever come?
And lo, my mind is wrecked;
And lo my heart is numb.
