All artwork sold on jasonartworks.com is guaranteed to be as described and illustrated on each of the web pages. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a refund under the following conditions:
Step 1. Contact us by email at jasonartworks@earthlink.net within seven days from the day you receive the package.
Step 2. You have 14 days from the date of your email request to return your purchase. We will inform you by email, as to how and where to return the item. Step 3. To receive credit returned item(s) must be in the original unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
Step 4. Keep all original packaging material for safe return. This includes the envelop, or box with the original shipping label.
What To Do If Package Arrives Damaged
Jason Artworks makes every effort to insure that the items they sell are correctly packaged to protect against mailing damage. In the event that a package does arrive dented or damaged, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Do not open a damaged package. Do not break seal on package.
Step 2. Email us at jasonartworks@earthlink.net for return instructions.
If a package arrives damaged in transit Jason Artworks will replace the item, no charge to customer including return postage.
